A winter white cake for my brother and his wife's 30th Wedding Anniversary.  The top tier is white cake with champagne raspberry filling.  The bottom tier is dark chocolate with champagne buttercream filling.  Both were iced with champagne buttercream.

A four-tier wedding cake fit for a beautiful bride and groom who enjoy being outdoors fishing and hunting!  Scrollwork with rhinestones with brown satin ribbon all atop a real tree stump base.  Flowers were provided by Gabby at Moss River Flowers Studio.

When you take the tierra off there is a crown of carnations in the center so the top isn't bare. I'm sure she'll want to wear her tierra right away!

I did this cake for my daughters bridal shower. Vanilla flavored cake layers are alternating pink and yellow with raspberry champagne buttercream icing.

A Gift Box to Remember

This bridal shower cake is 3 layers of decadent red velvet cake, filled and iced with almond buttercream. Her bridal flowers and colors are both represented (bit of grey in the flower on bra!). The lid of this Victoria Secret box is styrofoam covered with fondant and propped up with dowels. This is definitely a bridal shower centerpiece!

Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting. X-Box is covered with fondant detail and the basketball is iced with cream cheese frosting and decorated with buttercream in the Microsoft colors.

Decadent chocolate cupcakes iced on their sides and top with a cream cheese chocolate buttercream icing. The sides are covered with Kit Kat's and the top is filled with M 'n M's. Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate! A pretty ribbon ties them off!
